By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or booking a delivery, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Customer / You: The individual or business ordering or using our services.
   
• Services: Fuel delivery, transportation, supply of fuels, and associated services.
   
• Products: Diesel, unleaded fuel, premium fuel, kerosene, race fuels, or any other fuels supplied.
   
• Delivery Location: The address or site you nominate for delivery.
   

2. Quotes and Pricing

2.1 All quotes provided by On Time Fuel Solutions are estimates only, based on:

• Fuel volume
   
• Current fuel market pricing
   
• Delivery distance and timing
   
• Access conditions at the delivery location
   

2.2 Quotes may change if:

• Fuel prices fluctuate
   
• Delivery requirements change
   
• Access to the location is restricted
   
• Additional services are needed (waiting time, return trips, redelivery)
   

2.3 Pricing is exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

2.4 A quote is considered accepted when you confirm via email, phone, text, or online form.

3. Delivery Conditions

3.1 You are responsible for ensuring:

• Safe and legal access for our vehicle
   
• The site is clear for delivery
   
• Tanks meet Australian standards and are suitable for receiving fuel
   
• Staff or authorised persons are available to receive the delivery
   

3.2 We may refuse or delay delivery if:

• The site is unsafe
   
• Access is blocked
   
• Weather or emergency conditions prevent safe operation
   
• Required compliance documents are not provided
   

3.3 Waiting time and redelivery charges may apply if delays occur outside our control.

3.4 Risk in the fuel transfers to the customer once the product leaves our hose and enters your tank or system.

4. Safety and Compliance

4.1 We operate under all relevant Australian transport and dangerous goods laws, including:

• NHVR compliance
   
• HML & BFM accreditation
   
• PBS-Approved vehicles
   
• Dangerous Goods Licensing
   

4.2 Customers must comply with all site safety requirements during delivery.

4.3 You must inform us of any onsite hazards, restricted access, or compliance requirements before delivery.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment terms will be stated on your invoice. Standard terms are:

• Immediate payment, unless a credit account is approved.
   
• Credit accounts must be paid by the due date shown on the invoice.
   

5.2 Late payments may incur:

• Interest charges
   
• Suspension of delivery services
   
• Recovery fees
   

5.3 We reserve the right to require prepayment for any order.

6. Cancellations

6.1 Deliveries cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.

6.2 If our truck has already been dispatched, full delivery charges may still apply.

7. Liability

7.1 To the extent permitted by law, On Time Fuel Solutions is not liable for:

• Loss or damage caused by incorrect tank capacity or overfilling
   
• Customer equipment failure
   
• Delays due to weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or safety concerns
   
• Indirect or consequential loss (loss of revenue, business interruption, etc.)
   

7.2 Our total liability for any claim is limited to the price of the fuel delivered.

7.3 We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access, accuracy of content, or compatibility with your devices.

8. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

• Ensuring tanks and equipment are compliant and safe
   
• Providing accurate information when booking
   
• Ensuring delivery locations are legal, accessible, and stable
   
• Complying with dangerous goods handling requirements
   

9. Website Use

9.1 Content on our website is provided for general information only.
9.2 You may not copy, modify, or publish our content without permission.
9.3 Any misuse of the website (hacking, scraping, automated access) is prohibited.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website.
